This novel is dedicated to the people who I surround myself with. They are the people who inspire me every day. Specifically, there are thirteen people who have inspired me to create these characters. Although these characters are fictional, there are pieces of myself and real people in them. My philosophy in life is that you never know what someone else is going through. And you never know how you could affect someone else's life, whether positively or negatively. I hope that after reading this, you will understand that powerful effects that we have on each other everyday. And I hope I inspire you to get to know someone out of your comfort zone.
The novel is going to be divided into ten sections; each section will be a day throughout one school year. There are 13 chapters in each section, one chapter per person. The order will be the same every section. So, start with Ruby, and work your way down. I'm really excited about this novel, because it is my first and this is something I want to pursue as a career. Any feedback, critiques, etc. that you want to give are GREATLY appreciated. I appreciate you taking the time to read this, and hope you enjoy it.
